Russell is the staff music therapist at the Saul and Claribel Simkin Centre, Winnipeg’s only Jewish-based long-term care facility. Prior to this, Russell worked in a variety of settings including schools, group homes, adult vocational programs, and children’s rehabilitation facilities. Joel Klassen has been a full time music therapist for Eden Health Care Services since 2005. He serves Eden Mental Health Centre in Winkler, and travels to 11 personal care homes in the central part of Southern Health.
